Ran a pb

After the winter weather break last night was the first run in a while …. I was nervous after sensi steves class last week and twanging the thigh muscle if I could do this justice !

Personal best and 5k distance with reasonably easy recovery actually wouldn’t of minded trying some more which surprised me so much and pleased me even more ….

As for clubby and the bone crunchers they managed fine no swelling this morning and only alittle pain managed without pain relief 🙂
