How is it the recovery from the the run or class hurts sooo much on the second day not the first !!!
Add to that a massage to try and ease the ouch which makes it hurt the following day ….
This getting fit is quite dangerous lol…
To be fair the massage helped and I am sure I wouldn’t of got through this evenings class had I not had it !
So one class down two mma to go and a Pilates 🙂
We are hoping the weather holds out for tomorrow so we can get a quick training run in this week too
