So far this year I have completed several personal challenges – from kick start January, free February ( we won’t mention march it got lost fixing things ) and now Aprils grading !
I have come to realise the small challenges are quite helpful!
Essentially breaking the larger challenge into smaller goals !

Run four nights and Harry’s bleep test Friday
Sort out sponsorship forms
Photograph raffle prizes and begin
Visit gym twice
