T day

It’s five thirty I haven’t slept much because of nerves and I ache everywhere and know the eldests is on a roll ready to pop !

Stretching and thinking which fuel would be best should be on my mind yet I am worrying how my little one is and if today was the best day, should I postpone it, will my legs hold…..

How is it that the challenges bring so much nervous energy and baggage? I read other blogs and it seems the fight or flight system kicks in with nerves and it’s a battle of wills !
Glad I am stubborn 😉

So off to fuel up and prepare for trial run 10k
