So I ran twice last week not far as my legs couldn’t do it I am literally breathless at walk which is soul searchingly frustrating !
Can run in the cold it hurts my lungs !
can run in the sun it hurts my eyes !
so that leaves me with a treadmill run which is so sleepy dull I couldn’t think of a good way to get out of my head and into training !
I am td podcasts and indoor treadmill.
Back to the drawing board again me thinks
