Plaiting hair

Okay so it may not seem a lot but since damaging the shoulder doing stupid press ups the recovery has been really slow and scalp plaiting hair impossible (something I found very easy in the past) so I have used it as a bench mark, first a basic single plait starting from the base, then two pigtail scalps from the ear (basically half) no stoppages or breaks!
Yesterday I completed it and I may well of looked daft but I sported those all day šŸ™‚


Small achievable goals for recovery, this doesn’t compare to a normal exercise plan but it was and is a reflection of what had bec dreamily difficult and now barely a twinge.

Next will be a single scalp plait from the top !
